Description For Staff Automation Analyst (Hybrid)

Intuit, a leading global financial technology platform, is seeking a Staff Automation Analyst to join their Customer Success (ICS) team. This role presents an exciting opportunity to work with a company that serves approximately 100 million customers worldwide through popular products like TurboTax, Credit Karma, QuickBooks, and Mailchimp.

The position requires a thought leader passionate about Lean process excellence and improving employee experiences. As a Staff Automation Analyst, you'll work closely with the Expert Network team, observing and analyzing business processes to identify automation opportunities. This role combines technical expertise in automation technologies with business process optimization skills.

Key responsibilities include mapping business processes, identifying automation opportunities, writing detailed business cases and requirements, and partnering with developers to implement solutions. You'll also serve as a Scrum Master, leading agile ceremonies and driving change management initiatives.

The ideal candidate brings 5-10 years of experience in software automation using various tools like Python, UI Path RPA, and Selenium, along with strong expertise in Business Process Re-engineering and Lean methodologies. Knowledge of Gen AI and practical experience with AI-enabled automations is essential. The role offers competitive compensation ranging from $137,000 to $214,000, depending on location and experience.

Responsibilities For Staff Automation Analyst (Hybrid)

  • Map current state business processes
  • Identify Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) and automation opportunities
  • Write business cases and requirements
  • Partner with automation developers and architects to design, build, test and deliver solutions
  • Use data driven approach to prioritize requirements and projects
  • Write UAT plans and lead UAT
  • Drive change management with customers
  • Manage automation projects from ideation to launch
  • Serve as the Scrum Master for the automation team
  • Be an automation evangelist and teach teams on automation identification

Requirements For Staff Automation Analyst (Hybrid)

Python
  • 5-10 years of experience in software automation using Python, UI Path RPA, Palantir, Workado, Selenium
  • 5-10 years of experience in Business Process Re-engineering and Lean methodologies
  • Knowledge of Gen AI and experience deploying Gen AI enabled automations
  • Experience as a Scrum Master leading agile ceremonies
  • Training/certification in RPA/Automation
  • Proficient at developing intuitive process maps
  • Experience using Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Lucidchart and gSuite
  • End-to-end Systemic thinker
  • Strong communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent relevant Master's degree desired
