The ideal candidate has 5-10 years of experience in software automation, business process re-engineering, and Lean methodologies. Knowledge of Gen AI and experience with RPA tools is crucial. You should be proficient in developing process maps, using project management tools, and communicating effectively across all levels of the organization.
