Responsibilities For Staff Business Systems Analyst
- Develop and document process flows, redesigned processes, and procedures to optimize business processes
- Synthesize requirements and assess impact of initiatives across core business processes
- Partner with Product Management to drive discussions for design and requirement decisions
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions
- Define and validate prototypes to support new systems or processes
- Develop system functional test plans and execute them
- Make recommendations on alternative technology approaches
- Provide guidance and support to team members for professional development
Requirements For Staff Business Systems Analyst
- Strong understanding of business process redesign principles and tools
- Advanced understanding of analytical tools and data analysis
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with Agile development and methodologies
- Knowledge of software platforms including Salesforce, Amazon Connect, Seismic, Gainsight, Playvox
- BS or BA Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- Ability to influence cross-functional, cross-geo teams
