Intuit, a leading global financial technology platform serving 100 million customers worldwide through products like TurboTax, Credit Karma, QuickBooks, and Mailchimp, is seeking a Staff Business Systems Analyst for their Virtual Expert Platform (VEP) Business Solutions team.   • Develop and document process flows, redesigned processes, and procedures to optimize business processes
  • Synthesize requirements and assess impact of initiatives across core business processes
  • Partner with Product Management to drive discussions for design and requirement decisions
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions
  • Define and validate prototypes to support new systems or processes
  • Develop system functional test plans and execute them
  • Make recommendations on alternative technology approaches
  • Provide guidance and support to team members for professional development

Requirements For Staff Business Systems Analyst

  • Strong understanding of business process redesign principles and tools
  • Advanced understanding of analytical tools and data analysis
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience with Agile development and methodologies
  • Knowledge of software platforms including Salesforce, Amazon Connect, Seismic, Gainsight, Playvox
