Intuit is hiring a Staff Front End Web Author who can lead projects, stay up to date with evolving technologies, and ensure successful project delivery. This senior role will focus on designing and executing complex experimentation, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to create and manage content and experimentation. The goal is to deliver exceptional customer experiences while ensuring quality standards, resolving issues, and streamlining processes.
The ideal candidate will be a strong influencer to improve tools and solutions and work as a vocal partner with GTM and Marketing teams. They will ensure successful project delivery by driving operational efficiencies, technical execution, documenting processes, and implementing improvements. The ideal candidate will possess strong execution and strategic skills such as excellent documentation, communication, mentorship, coaching, and scalability.
Key responsibilities include:
- Executing complex web experiences using content management systems
- Setting up and overseeing web experience (A/B) testing using Optimizely or other experimentation tools
- Coordinating QA and other teams for testing, releases, and integration
- Ensuring established quality standards are met
- Developing solutions and recommendations for improving platforms and configurations
- Collaborating cross-functionally with other departments
- Helping build web standards and best practices
- Troubleshooting site problems and implementing fixes
- Supporting E2E initiatives and experimentation
- Overseeing and executing web migrations
- Scaling teams with process and technology workflow experience
- Driving executional excellence through documentation, templates, and requirements
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in front-end web development
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or relevant field of study or equivalent experience
- Experience with experimentation using both data/segmentation and content to create personalized experiences
- Experience with Optimizely or other experimentation solution platforms
- Experience with Content Management Software platforms
- Extensive experience with web technologies and frameworks, including Angular 2+/React/VueJS/Node/CSS
- Strong knowledge of UX, SEO, and other factors that impact web conversions
- Experience working in an Agile or SCRUM environment
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills
