Responsibilities For Staff Product Manager
- Develop and execute impactful product strategies that align with business objectives and customer needs
- Translate product strategy into an actionable roadmap to deliver measurable outcomes
- Lead a global cross-functional team including engineering, design, marketing, sales and product functions across time zones
- Work on multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Lead groups to make informed decisions in fast-paced environment
- Contribute to newer areas of the business where creativity and judgment are needed
Requirements For Staff Product Manager
- 5+ years of product management or equivalent experience in Fintech SaaS space serving B2B customers
- Experience with core business functions like accounting, invoicing, cash flow management, compliance, and reporting
- Ability to uncover customer needs and leverage internal and external technologies
- Experience working in complex, high-stakes environments
- Skilled at mobilizing teams and fostering alignment across different time zones
- Deep understanding of fintech solutions
- Experience in project management software space (preferred)
