Description For Staff Product Manager

Intuit, a leading global financial technology platform, is seeking a Staff Product Manager to join their QuickBooks Online team. This role focuses on launching a new business offering aimed at growing mid-market businesses with complex needs. The position involves developing and executing product strategies for an enterprise suite that will serve as a single source of truth for business operations and financial management.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS-based enterprise software within the fintech space. You'll be responsible for defining and building next-generation end-to-end platforms, working closely with cross-functional teams including engineers, data scientists, designers, marketers, customer care, analysts, and researchers.

Key responsibilities include developing product strategies, managing the sales pipeline, building and maintaining roadmaps, and ensuring seamless integration across various business units. The role requires strong analytical skills, data-driven decision-making, and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities For Staff Product Manager

  • Develop and execute impactful product strategies that align with business objectives and customer needs
  • Work closely with Marketing and Sales on enabling the sales pipeline for launch, including post launch activation/retention/upsell
  • Work with Sales and CS on tools needed to enable Sales and care teams
  • Drive results through partnerships with core teams and stakeholders
  • Lead the definition and execution of product roadmap
  • Build and own quarterly rolling 12-month roadmap
  • Engage with stakeholders to ensure technology synergies
  • Write high quality user stories using an agile approach
  • Leverage deep analysis of customer and site analytics

Requirements For Staff Product Manager

  • 8+ years designing and delivering world-class software products in Product Management role
  • Superior strategic and analytical skills
  • Data driven with holistic view and execution capability
  • Experience as product owner for a scrum team
  • Superior communication and presentation skills
  • Strong data literacy and analytics skills
  • Experience in matrixed organizations
  • Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Math, Science or related technical discipline
  • Advanced degree a plus
