  • Drive evolution of digital workplace portfolio - AI and automation tools, low-code no-code tools and RPA technologies
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand pain points and maintain capability vision
  • Deliver product requirements with prioritized features
  • Serve as product evangelist and customer advocate
  • Define customer benefits and clarify user priorities
  • Work with architecture, engineering and design teams on goals
  • Manage IT vendors - influencing roadmaps and building partnerships
  • Serve as subject matter expert in workforce technology capabilities
  • Monitor and measure product/capability performance
  • Analyze capability NPS, product usage, and operations data
  • Monitor app utilization and analyze usage patterns

Requirements For Staff Product Manager, AI Workforce Solutions
