This role sits within the QuickBooks Customer Success Digital Delivery team, focusing on AI-led digital help experiences. You'll be responsible for building capabilities that help customers find answers quickly and effectively, leveraging AI and innovative solutions to enhance the customer experience.

The position offers an opportunity to work on impactful projects that serve Intuit's entire suite of products and digital help tools, including In-Product help, Out-of-Product help, and contact support.
