The role involves working with Intuit's platform that orchestrates money movement between various users including consumers, small businesses, vendors, and contractors, handling tens of millions of transactions daily. The successful candidate will be responsible for building global-ready, compliant, and extensible money movement solutions that serve markets across EMEA, APAC, and ROW.
As a Staff Product Manager, you'll be at the intersection of technical implementation and customer experience, working closely with engineering teams to ensure solutions scale effectively while maintaining simplicity and usability. The position requires both strategic thinking to identify meaningful problems and tactical execution to deliver solutions that drive business growth and customer engagement.

Responsibilities For Staff Product Manager
- Provide product thought leadership in identifying customer requirements and defining product roadmaps and KPIs
- Define and build vision for next generation money product experiences
- Work closely with engineering teams on technical implementation and scale
- Build functionality spanning multiple product lines with global solutions
- Manage dependencies, priorities, and plans across different groups
- Champion user experience with deep customer empathy
- Draft PR-FAQ style documents describing objectives and execution strategies
Requirements For Staff Product Manager
- 8+ years defining, designing, and delivering world-class software products in Product Management
- Experience in Payments or Fintech preferred with exposure to global markets
- Proven expertise leading cross-functional teams
- Experience with money movement products including payments, payroll, bill pay
- Strong project management skills
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or related technical discipline
- Experience managing end-to-end product lifecycle including 0 to 1 for consumer or enterprise offerings
- MBA or CPA qualification is a plus
