Responsibilities For Staff Product Manager - International Platform
- Provide product thought leadership in identifying critical customer requirements
- Define and build a vision for the next generation of Platform Experiences for International customers
- Work closely with engineering teams focusing on customer needs, partner needs, and developer needs
- Build functionality that spans multiple product lines while thinking of global solutions
- Demonstrate customer obsession by being a champion for the user experience
- Effectively manage dependencies, priorities, and plans across different groups
- Define product roadmaps and KPIs
- Draft PR-FAQ style documents describing key objectives, execution strategies, goals, and solutions
Requirements For Staff Product Manager - International Platform
- 8+ years experience defining, designing and delivering world-class software platforms in a Product Management role for a SaaS based software company
- Experimentation with AI and understanding how AI can improve how a small business runs and grows
- Strong quantitative and qualitative acumen in understanding customer behavior
- Experience in consumer segmentation, using design thinking and scientific methodologies
- Proven expertise leading cross-functional teams across different geos and screens
- Experience of products where the focus was on small or medium sized businesses
- Demonstrated experience managing the end-to-end product lifecycle
- Strong project management skills
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Electrical engineering, Math, science, or related technical discipline
- MBA or CPA qualification is a plus
