Responsibilities For Staff Product Manager, Tax Tooling and Knowledge Management

  • Craft platform product & tools strategy with product development, design, and architecture teams
  • Build short and long-term platform vision and roadmap
  • Manage product management process including backlog grooming and feature prioritization
  • Create product requirements documents
  • Drive technology and functional maturity of reusable platform components
  • Work with architects and engineers to design secure and high-scale solutions
  • Take data-driven approach in defining success metrics
  • Partner with program management for project execution
  • Gather user insights and understand pain points
  • Represent the team in presentations and events

Requirements For Staff Product Manager, Tax Tooling and Knowledge Management

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in product management or related field
  • Deep understanding of product management processes
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in platform PM roles
  • Technical depth in SaaS software development
