Responsibilities For Staff Product Manager - TurboTax

  • Translate vision into strategy and execution roadmap to deliver measurable outcomes
  • Deliver capabilities and experiences shared across multiple personas and customer archetypes
  • Create learning plans to identify and test hypotheses to drive KPIs and success metrics
  • Identify new opportunities based on customer research, industry trends and best practices
  • Build strong working relationships with senior and executive leaders
  • Create and maintain momentum, helping teams move forward with rigor and learning mindset
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and usage data for improvements

Requirements For Staff Product Manager - TurboTax

  • 5+ years designing and delivering world-class software products in a Product Management role
  • Technical Product Management experience working with engineering
  • Strong ability to analyze and interpret data to inform decision making
  • Bachelor's degree required with focus in computer science, business administration or related field (MBA preferred)
  • Proven track record of delivering results with critical customer and business impact
  • Strong influencing skills and ability to work across multiple partnerships
  • Experience with AI & ML in product offerings (preferred)
