Responsibilities For Staff Product Manager - TurboTax
- Translate vision into strategy and execution roadmap to deliver measurable outcomes
- Deliver capabilities and experiences shared across multiple personas and customer archetypes
- Create learning plans to identify and test hypotheses to drive KPIs and success metrics
- Identify new opportunities based on customer research, industry trends and best practices
- Build strong working relationships with senior and executive leaders
- Create and maintain momentum, helping teams move forward with rigor and learning mindset
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and usage data for improvements
Requirements For Staff Product Manager - TurboTax
- 5+ years designing and delivering world-class software products in a Product Management role
- Technical Product Management experience working with engineering
- Strong ability to analyze and interpret data to inform decision making
- Bachelor's degree required with focus in computer science, business administration or related field (MBA preferred)
- Proven track record of delivering results with critical customer and business impact
- Strong influencing skills and ability to work across multiple partnerships
- Experience with AI & ML in product offerings (preferred)
