Responsibilities For Staff Software Engineer - Front-End
- Create Front End solutions to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Translate customer insights into mockups, wireframes, and proof-of-concept code
- Lead a small team to solve complex programming and design issues
- Contribute to project design and architecture and execute on web, mobile, and front end software development
- Provides technical direction and guidance to the team
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance software applications with AI technology
- Coach and mentor junior engineers
- Launch AI integrations in production and evaluate their impact
Requirements For Staff Software Engineer - Front-End
- BS/MS in computer science or equivalent work experience
- 7+ years experience developing web, software, or mobile applications
- Experience with JavaScript, Typescript, React, HTML, CSS
- Experience in Software design/architecture process and SDLC
- Experience with web services (REST or SOAP)
- Expertise with unit testing & Test Driven Development (TDD)
- Experience with highly scalable and available web applications
- Experience with open source technologies
- Proficient in building functional AI models
- Skilled in monitoring model performance
