Description For Staff Technical Program Manager

Tens of millions of customers around the world use Intuit's products, trusting us with their most sensitive financial data, and using our products and tools to manage their finances. As a Staff Technical Program Manager in Intuit's Cybersecurity, Compliance, Risk & Fraud (CyberCRAFT) space, you will partner with leaders across Intuit to create and evolve our CyberCRAFT strategy and ensure the highest level of execution against the plan.

You will be part of a team that is creating state-of-the-art technology solutions, loves to learn, iterate, and improve, and is passionate about staying one step ahead of bad actors and ensuring excellence and rigor around implementation of all compliance regulations applicable to Intuit to maintain the highest level of customer trust.

We are looking for an experienced program manager with strong leadership, relational skills, problem-solving, technical, and program delivery skills, and a demonstrated ability to enable technical and cross-functional teams to tackle complex problems and deliver outcomes in our data protection space. In this role, you will be part of our CyberCRAFT PMO, as well as our Intuit-wide program management community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop the structure for a portfolio of programs and initiatives, and drive the operating rhythm across this portfolio to bring together complex, cross-organizational teams
  • Drive creation of program implementation and execution plans across all phases of planning, development, and production readiness and launch
  • Partner with key stakeholders in executive teams, product management & engineering, and various cross-functional teams to effectively drive toward program outcomes
  • Quickly and effectively identify and clarify critical issues and dependencies, driving them through to closure
  • Communicate progress across the organization and at all levels, including program status, risks, dependencies, and change control
  • Anticipate, recognize, and work through resistance or setbacks independently
  • Thrive in establishing order and clarity among ambiguity and chaos
  • Work well with others when conflicts arise, with the ability to influence others to work toward program outcomes

Qualifications:

  • Strong Program Management leadership experience, including 8+ years planning and leading medium to large sized programs or multiple smaller programs
  • Demonstrated ability to influence at the VP level within a matrixed environment
  • Strong technical acumen with expertise in software development approach, architecture, and lifecycle
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships across teams in delivering the best outcome of programs
  • Computer science or other technical education or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Agile training and experience preferred
  • Knowledge and/or experience with cybersecurity and/or data protection preferred (not required)
