Description For Staff Technical Program Manager, Data Protection

Intuit, a global financial technology leader serving 100 million customers worldwide through products like TurboTax, Credit Karma, QuickBooks, and Mailchimp, is seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager for their Cybersecurity, Compliance, Risk & Fraud (CyberCRAFT) team. This role is crucial in protecting sensitive financial data for millions of customers worldwide.

The position involves partnering with leaders across Intuit to develop and implement CyberCRAFT strategy, ensuring robust execution of cybersecurity initiatives. You'll be part of a team creating state-of-the-art technology solutions to stay ahead of cyber threats while maintaining strict compliance with regulations.

As a Staff TPM, you'll manage a portfolio of complex programs, working with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact security solutions. Responsibilities For Staff Technical Program Manager, Data Protection

  • Develop structure for portfolio of programs and initiatives, driving operating rhythm across complex, cross-organizational teams
  • Drive creation of program implementation and execution plans across planning, development, and production phases
  • Partner with executive teams, product management & engineering, and cross-functional teams
  • Identify and clarify critical issues and dependencies, driving them to closure
  • Communicate progress, status, risks, and dependencies across all organizational levels
  • Establish order and clarity among ambiguity and chaos
  • Work effectively with others during conflicts and influence teams toward program outcomes

Requirements For Staff Technical Program Manager, Data Protection

  • 8+ years planning and leading medium to large sized programs
  • Ability to influence at VP level within matrix environment
  • Strong technical acumen with expertise in software development
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships across teams
  • Computer science or technical education or equivalent work experience
  • Agile training and experience preferred
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity and/or data protection preferred
