Responsibilities For Technical Curriculum Developer, Program Manager

  • Understand and navigate varying goals, deliverables, timelines, and technologies
  • Gather information to develop and implement technical curriculum
  • Create self-serve content and experiment with bite sized learning
  • Instruct and deliver technical training content
  • Manage and develop learning roadmaps for varying technologies
  • Build Instructor led material including slides, guides, and training collateral
  • Collaborate with partners and SMEs to provide demos and build eLearning content
  • Track and manage issues and risks
  • Lead initiatives that deliver technical curriculum
  • Facilitate and coach in workshops, seminars, or sessions
  • Vendor management and fiscal planning/budgeting

Requirements For Technical Curriculum Developer, Program Manager

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in Software Development / Instructional Design / Program Management
  • Strong project/program management experience
  • Proficient in Google suite, MS office, RISE, Articulate360, Camtasia
  • Experience in instructional design principles
  • Advanced facilitation skills
  • Strong experience using design thinking principles
  • Knowledge of adult learning theory
