Description For Threat Intelligence, Engineering Manager

Intuit, a leading global financial technology platform, is seeking a Threat Intelligence Engineering Manager to join their Security Team. This role combines technical leadership with security expertise, focusing on building and leading high-performing teams that work with security big data, generative AI, and machine learning to develop predictive models of adversary behavior.

The position requires a seasoned professional with at least 5 years of Information Security experience, including 3 years specifically in Threat Intelligence and data analytics. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success in technical people leadership, with 2 years of management experience in Information Security.

As the Engineering Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and enhancing adversary models, supporting Intuit's Threat Intelligence capabilities, and improving services that rely on adversary classification and prediction. You'll work with cutting-edge technologies and methodologies, including big data analytics, security data modeling, and advanced threat intelligence techniques.

Requirements For Threat Intelligence, Engineering Manager

Python
  • BS in Computer Science / Data Science or equivalent work experience
  • 2 years experience as a technical people leader in Information Security
  • 5+ years of Information Security experience with at least 3 years of Threat Intel and data analytics experience
  • Experience with threat intel capabilities including adversary tracking and analysis
  • Knowledge of data science and big data analytics applied to security data
  • Strong organizational, communication and planning skills
  • Experience setting clear goals, metrics and influencing decisions with data
  • People management and mentoring experience in a global organization
