We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Places Site Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring our workplace environments support the needs of our diverse and rapidly growing global workforce. This is a unique opportunity to lead workplace operations for a region of Intuit's real estate portfolio. This role involves end-to-end maintaining and creating a work environment that promotes productivity, engagement, company culture, and well-being for our employees around the world. The ideal candidate will be an individual that thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a proven track record in workplace operations, facilities management, and employee experience.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a workplace operations strategy aligned with global vision and goals, optimizing employee experience and efficiency. Lead vendor partner teams.
- Facilities/Workplace Management: Oversee end-to-end workplace operations, ensuring safety, functionality, and aesthetics. Manage onsite services (events, food, transportation, etc.) aligned with global standards.
- Employee Experience: Foster a positive and productive work environment that enhances employee satisfaction and engagement.
- Space Planning: Analyze and optimize space utilization with Space & Occupancy. Implement best practices for space planning and oversee office relocations and redesigns.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Real Estate, IT, Security, etc.) to align operational efforts.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with business leaders on growth plans particularly with a workplace mindset and operational delivery.
- Sustainability: Drive sustainability initiatives and implement innovative workplace solutions aligned with global programs.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage operating budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
- Vendor Management: Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Hospitality management, Business Administration, or a related field. Equivalent Experience will be considered
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in workplace operations or facilities management, or hospitality management.
- Proven experience managing workplace operations in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment
- Strong leadership, strategic planning, and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
- Ability to travel internationally as needed
