Description For Lead Technical Support Engineer

Intuition Machines is seeking a Lead Technical Support Engineer to join their innovative team building enterprise security products with an AI/ML focus. As a key member of the team, you'll bridge the gap between customers and engineering teams, leveraging your software development expertise to provide deep technical insights and exceptional support.

The role combines technical support leadership with hands-on software engineering, requiring proficiency in both backend and frontend technologies. Responsibilities For Lead Technical Support Engineer

  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across backend and frontend systems
  • Provide high-level technical support to enterprise customers
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Security teams
  • Apply knowledge of security, bot management, and fraud prevention
  • Learn and adapt to evolving product suite

Requirements For Lead Technical Support Engineer

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering or technical support with engineering focus
