Description For Lead Technical Support Engineer

Intuition Machines is seeking a Lead Technical Support Engineer to join their innovative team building enterprise security products with an AI/ML focus. As a key member of our globally distributed team, you'll work on systems serving hundreds of millions of people, including our renowned hCaptcha security suite. This role combines software engineering expertise with customer support leadership, requiring you to bridge the gap between customers and engineering teams.
