Description For Senior Site Reliability Engineer

As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer, you'll be a crucial member of our Engineering organization, ensuring software reliability, performance, and seamless delivery. You'll work on designing and maintaining scalable cloud infrastructure, implementing SLIs and SLOs, optimizing infrastructure costs, and improving developer experience through efficient workflows and CI/CD pipelines.

The role involves close collaboration with Software Engineers, Product teams, and the CTO office. You'll lead incident management processes, participate in on-call rotations, and develop comprehensive monitoring solutions. We're looking for someone who combines technical expertise with strong communication skills and a commitment to mentoring others.

Responsibilities For Senior Site Reliability Engineer

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable and secure cloud infrastructure as code
  • Develop and enforce Service Level Indicators (SLIs) and Service Level Objectives (SLOs)
  • Enable cost transparency and optimize infrastructure spending
  • Create streamlined, efficient development workflows
  • Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines
  • Create and maintain observability solutions for system monitoring
  • Lead and improve Incident Management process
  • Participate in on-call rotation as First Responder
  • Develop and maintain incident response playbooks and post-mortem practices
