As a Staff Cloud DevOps/Site Reliability Engineer at Inworld, you'll be part of the Technical Operations team managing the infrastructure, DevOps, and Site Reliability of our platform. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Infrastructure: Maintain and contribute to Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform)
  2. DevOps and CI/CD Pipelines: Orchestrate pipelines using Github Actions, Helm, ArgoCD
  3. Microservices scalability: Kubernetes Administration
  4. Cloud Administration
  5. Site Reliability: Measure and monitor availability, latency, and overall service health, drive incident management and post-mortem analysis

This role requires a strong background in DevOps, Infrastructure, Operations, or Site Reliability Engineering, with expertise in tools like Terraform, Helm, Kubernetes, and major cloud platforms.   • At least 2 years experience with Kubernetes
  • At least 2 years experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • At least 2 years experience with CI/CD using modern tools (GitOps)
