Staff / Principal Machine Learning Engineer

As a Staff or Principal Machine Learning Engineer at Inworld, you'll be at the forefront of building generative AI products that utilize Large Language Models (LLMs) to create next-generation AI characters. You'll work on cutting-edge NLP techniques and develop production-grade scalable generative machine learning models.

Key responsibilities include:

• Exploring and experimenting with cutting edge ML techniques for applied NLP
• Developing and testing production-grade scalable generative machine learning models

Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar technical field
• 6+ years of software development experience
• 4+ years of experience applying machine learning algorithms in NLP domains
• Deep knowledge of machine learning frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX
• Experience with LLMs (6B+ parameters) is a significant plus
