Army Software Electrical Engineer

IronMountain Solutions is seeking a Software Electrical Engineer to support the Army Rapid Capabilities and Critical Technologies Office (RCCTO) Human Machine Integrated Formations (HMIF) Project Office. The role involves integrating the HMIF Common Controller, leading controller integration, and interfacing with stakeholders across the HMI enterprise. Key responsibilities include developing interface requirements, coordinating engineering activities, providing integrated multi-disciplinary solutions, participating in test strategies, and ascertaining technology readiness levels. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of hands-on experience in integration principles across hardware and software systems, requirements development, user interface design, and systems engineering. This position requires an active Secret Clearance and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
