As a Senior Software Engineer on the Borrower Acquisition Team at January, you will play a pivotal role in building and scaling our communication platform to enhance borrower awareness and engagement. You will lead efforts to deliver personalized communications at scale, ensuring we reach the right borrowers with the right message at the right time.
Your impact will include:
- Innovating and Personalizing: Develop a personalization engine that leverages data and machine learning to tailor communications, significantly improving engagement metrics.
- Scaling and Optimizing: Design and implement a communication infrastructure capable of handling tens of millions of interactions daily, integrating new channels, and ensuring high deliverability rates.
- Enhancing Transparency: Create tools and systems that provide transparency into communication strategies, aiding clients, compliance, and internal teams in understanding outreach efforts.
- Leading and Mentoring: Set the technical direction for the team, mentor junior engineers, and promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
