Contract Engineer

As a Contract Engineer, you will play a crucial role in managing contract negotiations and ensuring compliance with all contractual obligations across various infrastructure and engineering projects. You will collaborate closely with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to develop strategies that optimize project delivery and benefit all parties involved.

Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Monitor contract performance and provide support in contract administration
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure alignment and fulfillment of contractual obligations
• Assist in resolving any contractual disputes effectively and efficiently
• Maintain accurate records of contract documents and related information

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Law, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Contract Engineer or Contract Manager, preferably in the construction industry
• Strong understanding of contract law and construction regulations
• Excellent negotiation and analytical skills
