JASARA PMC is seeking a Facilities Management Policies, Standards and Guidelines Engineer to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, on-site position within the Project - DPMC department.
The role focuses on maintaining and developing technical policies, standards, and guidelines for Engineering Services, including design, engineering, construction, risk management, HSE, sustainability, BIM, and GIS. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with both local and international standards while contributing to the organization's engineering excellence.
Key responsibilities include reviewing and updating technical policies, studying best practices, ensuring alignment with government guidelines, and conducting thorough design reviews at various project stages. The position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to coordinate with regulatory authorities and stakeholders.
The ideal candidate should possess at least 3 years of experience in developing and implementing organizational policies and standards, along with a strong educational background in Engineering. Technical competencies should span project management, quality management, stakeholder communication, risk management, and thorough knowledge of the Saudi Building Code.

Responsibilities For FM Policies, Standards and Guidelines Engineer
- Support the update of technical policies, standards and guidelines relating to Engineering Services
- Study best practices on design and engineering policies and seek applicability to F&E
- Review government guidelines including safety, environment, sustainability policies, procedures and standards
- Review international guidelines applicable to design and engineering for infrastructure and facilities
- Update Engineering Services Policies and Guidelines
- Coordinate with Regulatory Authorities to update standards
- Recommend updates to standards, policies and guidelines for Infrastructure Board approval
- Track and ensure compliance with Engineering policies, guidelines, and standards
- Conduct design reviews at various stages of project (30%, 60% & 90% completion) to ensure compliance
Requirements For FM Policies, Standards and Guidelines Engineer
- Bachelors/Masters/PhD in Engineering or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in developing and implementing organizational policies and standards
