JASARA PMC is seeking a Facilities Management Policies, Standards and Guidelines Engineer to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, on-site position within the Project - DPMC department.
The role focuses on maintaining and developing technical policies, standards, and guidelines for Engineering Services, including design, engineering, construction, risk management, HSE, sustainability, BIM, and GIS. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with both local and international standards while contributing to the organization's engineering excellence.
Key responsibilities include reviewing and updating technical policies, studying best practices, ensuring alignment with government guidelines, and conducting thorough design reviews at various project stages. The position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to coordinate with regulatory authorities and stakeholders.
The ideal candidate should possess at least 3 years of experience in developing and implementing organizational policies and standards, along with a strong educational background in Engineering. Technical competencies should span project management, quality management, stakeholder communication, risk management, and thorough knowledge of the Saudi Building Code.
