JASARA PMC is seeking a dedicated Project Engineer - Power to join their team at THE LINE - NEOM project in Saudi Arabia. This role combines technical expertise in power engineering with project management responsibilities, focusing on power generation, distribution, and transmission systems.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing complex power engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring compliance with industry standards while maintaining quality and safety protocols. As a Project Engineer, you'll be involved in various aspects of power systems, from design and implementation to quality control and stakeholder management. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and at least 5 years of experience in power engineering. Responsibilities For Project Engineer - Power
- Plan, design, and implement power engineering projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Work closely with clients, contractors, and consultants to define project requirements and objectives
- Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards
- Conduct feasibility studies, prepare technical specifications, and develop project schedules and budgets
- Monitor project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders and addressing any issues that arise
- Perform site inspections and assessments to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
- Coordinate procurement activities, including vendor management and contract negotiations
- Prepare documentation and reports related to project status, performance, and completion
- Support the continuous improvement of project engineering processes and methodologies
Requirements For Project Engineer - Power
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in power engineering and distribution
- Strong understanding of power systems design, analysis, electrical engineering principles, and implementation
- Proficiency in engineering software and tools, such as ETAP, AutoCAD, and relevant modeling software
