Jellyfish is seeking an Implementation Engineer to join their post-sales Customer Success team. This role is critical in ensuring a smooth and engaging onboarding experience for customers, which is vital for customer retention and long-term success with Jellyfish.
The ideal candidate will have a love for both the art and science of software development and enjoy interacting with engineering leaders who are at the forefront of software engineering excellence. Key responsibilities include meeting with new customers, proposing integration strategies, project managing the implementation process, and providing ongoing support and recommendations.
The role requires experience with software development processes, particularly Jira and source control systems like GitHub. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, organized, and have strong communication skills. They should be comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment and have at least one year of relevant experience in Implementation, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Support, or Integrations-focused Solution Consulting.
