We are seeking a Sales Engineer II with a passion for technology and a strong drive to make an impact. As a key member of our Sales Engineering team, you'll focus on Mid-Market accounts, helping prospects understand the value of our platform, while also contributing to the continuous improvement of our sales engineering processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the go-to technical expert throughout the sales cycle for Mid-Market accounts
- Work closely with Senior Sales Engineers and Account Executives to navigate deal cycles
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and execute proof of concepts
- Develop an understanding of Mid-Market R&D processes, tools, and competitors
- Participate in refining and improving our sales engineering processes
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
Requirements:
- Proven success working with Mid-Market accounts, particularly in the technology or software space
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Team player with a collaborative spirit
- Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
- Desire to contribute to the ongoing improvement of sales engineering processes
- Customer-focused with the ability to build strong, lasting relationships
