Requirements For Staff AI Engineer

  • 3+ years of experience in LLMs, foundational AI systems, and their practical applications
  • Proven track record in building applications using Large Language Models (LLMs)
  • Experience with autonomous agent architectures (ReAct, Chain of Thought, Tree of Thoughts)
  • Comfortable adapting to a constantly evolving and highly dynamic marketplace
  • Strategic thinking with ability to translate vision into actionable outcomes
