Full Stack Software Engineer, Retention

Jerry is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer for their Retention team. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact at a Forbes Top Startup Employer with a rapidly growing product in a $2T market. You'll work with world-class engineers and leaders from companies like Robinhood, Amazon, and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with product managers, designers, and business leaders to drive user growth and retention
• Develop new features and automations, write tests, and deliver high-quality engineering results
• Participate in daily code reviews and contribute to product and engineering specs
• Monitor and address software errors and alerts
• Create and maintain documentation
• Become an expert on Jerry's products and systems

Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science or related field
• 2+ years of production software engineering experience in consumer applications
• Proficiency in Typescript/Javascript, Java, Python, C, C++, or C#
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software fundamentals
• Ability to work with various development environments and technologies
• Focus on code performance, scalability, and thorough test coverage
