Senior Full Stack Software Engineer, Chatbot

Jerry is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join their Chatbot team. This role offers an opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-growing startup that's disrupting the car ownership experience. The ideal candidate will work on improving the capabilities of Jerry's GPT4-powered chatbot for customer self-service, collaborating closely with product managers, engineering leads, data scientists, and designers.

Key responsibilities include:

• Improving the overall self-serve rate of the Chatbot
• Developing new features and automations
• Participating in code reviews and maintaining high code quality
• Collaborating on product and engineering specs
• Iterating on the Chatbot based on customer and internal feedback
• Monitoring and addressing software errors and alerts
• Creating and maintaining documentation

The ideal candidate should have:

• 5+ years of production software engineering experience in consumer applications
• Strong coding skills in Typescript/Javascript, Java, Python, C, C++, C#, or Golang
• A deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software architecture
• Experience with consumer applications and chatbot development
• A passion for solving complex problems and creating scalable solutions
