Senior Solutions Engineer

Jobber is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to join their Product Engineering & Partnerships department. As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in expanding Jobber's software solutions to meet the needs of service providers. You'll work closely with the Partnerships ecosystem, Platform Experience Engineering team, and Business Development group to drive integration initiatives and enhance the app marketplace.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and implementing integration strategies
• Collaborating on API solutions (REST and GraphQL)
• Acting as a liaison between technical teams and external stakeholders
• Providing technical support to partners during integration
• Identifying opportunities for innovation in the integration landscape
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams on high-impact features
• Participating in code reviews and testing processes
• Championing consistent engineering practices
• Mentoring team members and fostering professional growth

• Experience in solutions engineering or similar roles
