Staff Salesforce Engineer

Jobber is seeking a Staff Salesforce Engineer to join their BizTech Salesforce team. The role involves leading the design and execution of complex, cross-functional Salesforce initiatives, influencing how Jobber integrates Salesforce with other systems. This position is critical for ensuring the platform supports and enables sales & customer success teams to build better relationships with customers and drive long-term architectural improvements.

Key responsibilities include:

• Architecting and implementing new processes and automations in Salesforce
• Driving the architectural vision for Salesforce integrations
• Leading cross-functional collaboration to enhance Salesforce support of Jobber's business goals
• Defining and executing the roadmap for platform maintenance and improvements
• Leading initiatives to adopt advanced tooling or automation
• Strategically optimizing business processes across teams

The ideal candidate should have:

• Experience as a Senior or Staff Salesforce Developer
• Extensive experience with Apex, SOQL/SOSL, LWC, OmniStudio, JSON/XML, JavaScript
• Experience with Salesforce deployment tooling (preferably Gearset)
• Ability to work with Git version control
• Knowledge of Salesforce limits, Classic and Lightning Experience
• Experience with declarative programming tools and data migration
