Responsibilities For Lead Software Engineer III (Ruby on Rails/React.js)
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of Ruby on Rails applications with React.js front-end solutions

- Ensure best practices in object-oriented programming, API development, and database architecture
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and cloud-based deployment strategies
- Review pull requests and mentor junior engineers

- Travel up to twice per year to Maryland for team collaboration
Requirements For Lead Software Engineer III (Ruby on Rails/React.js)
- 8+ years of experience developing applications with Ruby on Rails
