Senior Data Engineer (Python - REMOTE)

Jobgether, a pioneering HR Tech startup, is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to join their Content and Data team. As a fully remote company with a team of 30 individuals spread across multiple countries, Jobgether operates the largest job search engine dedicated to remote workers. The role involves developing and scaling their matching algorithm using AI, working with data pipelines that process over 10,000 new job listings daily.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable data infrastructure, implementing ETL processes, and collaborating with data scientists on AI-driven matching algorithms. Key technical requirements include strong Python expertise, experience with big data technologies, and proficiency in both SQL and NoSQL databases. AWS knowledge and understanding of data modeling are essential.
