In this role, you will work closely with the ServiceNow team to implement various ServiceNow modules on a global scale. Your primary responsibility will be to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions, ensuring standardized processes throughout the implementation. You'll serve as a go-to expert for all technical inquiries related to ServiceNow development, crafting technical specifications and managing integrations. Additionally, you will develop solutions and conduct component integration tests while making necessary configuration changes using ServiceNow scripting techniques.
Accountabilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and define business needs, translating them into technical requirements.
- Implement and configure ServiceNow modules, ensuring adherence to best practices and standardization.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including specifications and integration plans.
- Conduct testing and validation of developed solutions to ensure functionality and performance.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow modules, including Service Portal, ITSM, Integrations, ITOM, GRC, and SPM.
- Proficient in ServiceNow scripting languages such as UI Policies/Actions, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Jelly scripting, and Angular JS.
- Fluent in both German and English, with excellent communication skills.
