Responsibilities For Software Engineer II, Cloud Infrastructure
- Collaborate with internal engineering teams to design, implement, and optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, and other cloud platforms
- Develop automation tools and infrastructure-as-code solutions
- Build and maintain systems using Python or Golang to automate infrastructure management
- Provide mentorship and guidance on best practices related to cloud infrastructure and automation
- Work with DevOps principles to drive the adoption of best practices
- Participate in the recruiting process, including attending events, providing referrals, and interviewing candidates
Requirements For Software Engineer II, Cloud Infrastructure
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 6+ years of experience in a DevOps-focused role, with at least 3 years working with AWS
- Proficiency with Linux systems and networking
- Experience in Python or Golang programming
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), preferably using Terraform
