Responsibilities For Inside Sales Engineer

  • Prepare equipment selections, budgets and official quotes with the Outside Sales team
  • Collaborate on design and layout of HVAC equipment for commercial, institutional, and multi-family projects
  • Develop technical expertise of manufacturing partner's equipment
  • Provide after-sales support for equipment installations, startups and commissioning
  • Conduct jobsite visits in the Lower Mainland

Requirements For Inside Sales Engineer

  • Mechanical Engineering degree
  • 1-3 years HVAC Equipment field experience
  • Experience with CAD or PDF editing programs
  • Experience reading and interpreting mechanical drawings
  • Proficiency in MS 365 Products (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams and CRM systems)
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel to USA for factory training and company events
