The role involves leading lifecycle programmes and funnel optimization strategies for key investment business areas, collaborating cross-functionally to enhance customer communication, and partnering with data teams to gain deep customer insights. You'll be responsible for overseeing multichannel campaigns, designing automated campaigns, and maintaining comprehensive documentation.
We're seeking candidates with experience in lifecycle and funnel optimization programmes, proficiency in Email Service Providers (especially Salesforce Marketing Cloud), and strong analytical skills. Experience in financial services or digital wealth management is preferred, along with understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements.
