Join the dynamic International Private Bank (IPB) Digital & Data Transformation (DDT) team at J.P Morgan as a Regulatory and Operational Resiliency Product Manager. This role focuses on leading efforts to keep payments, cash management, and deposit products compliant across the international regulatory landscape. You'll play a crucial role in addressing action plans/audits, developing operating models, and shaping digital transformation while ensuring compliance and security.
The position requires collaboration with business units, front office colleagues, legal/risk/compliance teams, designers, and engineers to shape the digital operating model product strategy. You'll be responsible for maintaining regulatory compliance while supporting business growth initiatives.
As part of J.P. Morgan's Asset & Wealth Management division, you'll work within a team that delivers industry-leading investment management and private banking solutions. The Digital team focuses on creating innovative, industry-leading products and experiences that help customers manage their financial data effectively.

Responsibilities For IPB Digital & Data Transformation, Regulatory and Operational Resiliency Product Manager, Vice President, London
- Design scalable business process architecture
- Manage Regulatory inquiries, Controls, Audit and Action Plan tasks
- Lead regulatory and controls product prioritisation
- Coordinate with product partners to ensure alignment with product development lifecycle
- Meet all regulatory requirements and reduce production incident occurrence
- Develop and maintain deep relationships with delivery partners
Requirements For IPB Digital & Data Transformation, Regulatory and Operational Resiliency Product Manager, Vice President, London
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Product Management/Development, Strategy or Business Analyst role
- Proficient knowledge of control management concepts
- Strong understanding in payment and deposit product space is preferred
- Proficient understanding of the software development lifecycle
- Strong project management and business/data analysis skills
- Dynamic team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Effective mediator skills
- Excellent written, communication and presentation skills
