APAC Prime Financial Services Front Office – Business Control Manager – Vice President

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an experienced APAC Prime Financial Services Front Office Business Control Manager at the Vice President level in Singapore. This role is part of a global team and requires developing a deep understanding of Front Office processes, risks, and controls. The position involves working within the Commercial & Investment Bank division, which is a global leader across banking, markets, securities services and payments.

The role focuses on building and delivering an enhanced control framework supporting continuous risk assessment from an APAC perspective. Key responsibilities include top-down risk analysis, real-time control issue detection, escalation, and remediation. The position requires direct accountability in liaising with Supervisors across APAC and collaboration with various functions including Technology, Compliance, Risk Management, Operations, Audit, and Legal.

The ideal candidate will bring 8+ years of relevant experience in either Operational Risk, Controls, Business Management, or related functions. They should possess strong understanding of Futures and Derivatives Clearing and Prime Brokerage activity, combined with excellent organizational and analytical skills. The role demands someone who can work effectively with senior management, demonstrate good judgment, and maintain a commercial understanding of controls and their business applications.
