Business Transformation Developer - UiPath (Individual Contributor)

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Business Transformation Developer specializing in UiPath automation within their Transformation Team. This role focuses on supporting the growing Automation Platform for COS and managing a team of automation developers. The position involves direct responsibility in developing automation tools, building technical expertise, process re-engineering, and executing tools.

As a Business Transformation Developer, you'll work closely with Senior COS Leadership and the Automation COE to spearhead UiPath, Alteryx, Tableau, and Python automation initiatives. Your responsibilities include managing the Automation Development Team, overseeing existing tools, and driving new technology initiatives. You'll play a crucial role in maintaining controls and governance while developing complex automation solutions that impact the organization.

The ideal candidate brings 8 years of coding and UiPath development experience, complemented by 3 years in technical mentoring. Strong technical expertise in UiPath is essential, while knowledge of Alteryx, Tableau, and Python is highly valued. You should possess excellent communication skills and demonstrate consistent executive presence.
