The Channel Strategy, Execution and Controls Group within Chase Auto Marketing focuses on marketing compliance, regulations, and marketing controls. As a Chase Auto Claims Manager Vice President, you'll play a crucial role in protecting the business by providing guidance on compliant communications and establishing effective practices. The role involves managing marketing claims, leading stakeholder meetings, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

The position requires expertise in federal regulations and financial instruments, with responsibilities including claims management, stakeholder collaboration, and regulatory review. You'll work within Consumer & Community Banking, specifically in the Auto division, helping to ensure marketing materials meet all compliance requirements while effectively serving our Private Label Captive Finance, Dealer, and Consumer clients.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and deep knowledge of regulatory requirements. You'll collaborate across functions including sales, servicing, product, legal, and compliance teams. Responsibilities For Chase Auto Claims Manager VP

  • Manage and lead the weekly Auto Marketing Claims Creative Pre-Review and Stakeholder Meetings
  • Meet with Marketing and Product Stakeholders to review content and determine claims applicability
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to complete claims evidence documentation
  • Provide yearly claims training to educate all stakeholders
  • Own and maintain claims-related procedures
  • Participate in Audit Claims Testing
  • Own and manage the active and expired claims inventory
  • Complete regulatory reviews as needed

Requirements For Chase Auto Claims Manager VP

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, marketing, or other relevant professional qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience reviewing social media and digital assets
  • Experience working with a system-based asset review process
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of attention to detail, accuracy, and conviction
  • Organized and efficient, able to work well under pressure
