The Business Controls Management role (BCM) develops and implements the first line of defense governance and controls for J.P. Morgan's Corporate and Investment Bank. This Vice President position is focused on control design, implementation, evaluation and representation to internal and external parties including global regulators.
The role requires developing deep relationships with stakeholders across functional lines, understanding of the businesses, their risks, controls, architecture, and products. BCMs maintain a strong and consistent control environment across the firm and implement best-in-class supervisory culture.
Working in J.P. Morgan's Commercial & Investment Bank, a global leader across banking, markets, securities services and payments, you'll be partnering closely with Business and regional BM teams and other functional partners including legal, compliance, client onboarding, planning and analysis, controllers/finance, operations and technology to define and drive the business agenda.
