Client Solutions Architect Manager - Payments - Vice President

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Client Solutions Architect Manager for their Payments division, focusing on innovative client solutions and technical product implementation. This role combines deep technical expertise with client-facing responsibilities to drive successful payment solutions.

As a Client Solutions Architect Manager, you'll be at the forefront of developing and implementing comprehensive payment solutions for complex client challenges. You'll work within J.P. Morgan Payments, collaborating with multiple teams to ensure successful technical adoption of products and solutions. The role requires a unique blend of technical knowledge, client relationship management, and strategic thinking.

Your primary responsibilities will include leading product configurations, supporting sales processes, delivering technical demonstrations, and driving product enhancements based on client feedback. You'll work closely with Technology teams to customize solutions for complex use cases and ensure successful implementation of payment systems.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of relevant experience, with deep technical understanding of payment systems and transaction processing. You should have proven experience in client-facing roles, strong presentation skills, and the ability to work with executive-level stakeholders. Knowledge of digital channels, API integration, and various payment methods is highly valued.
