Description For Community Manager - Little Rock

Chase is seeking a Community Manager to join their Community and Business Development organization. This role will be crucial in supporting the commitment to customers' success and community development. Reporting to the Divisional Community & Business Development Manager, you'll work in the field to develop community outreach programs and collaborate with various teams within Chase.

The position focuses on growing One Chase business opportunities within underserved communities and diverse segments. You'll be responsible for creating integrated, actionable financial health roadmaps and building relationships to ensure financial education and product solutions are accessible to all within your assigned community.

As a Vice President - Community Manager, you'll spend approximately 70% of your time external-facing and 30% internal-facing. Key responsibilities include developing community engagement programs, facilitating financial health workshops, managing events, and partnering with various stakeholders to drive customer engagement and product adoption.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership experience, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to influence across the firm and community. You'll need to demonstrate executive presence, strong presentation abilities, and exceptional project management skills. The role requires a self-starter mentality with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities For Community Manager - Little Rock
