Description For Community Manager - St Louis, MO

Chase is seeking a Community Manager to join their Community and Business Development organization. This role reports to the Divisional Community & Business Development Manager and plays a crucial part in supporting Chase's commitment to customer and community success. The position focuses on growing One Chase business opportunities within underserved communities and across diverse segments.

As a Vice President - Community Manager, you will work in the field to develop and implement community outreach programs, create financial health roadmaps, and ensure Chase's resources benefit local communities. The role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to build relationships, and experience in event coordination and project management.

The position involves a mix of external (70%) and internal (30%) engagement, facilitating financial workshops, managing community events, and partnering with various Chase teams. You'll be responsible for executing events end-to-end, from outreach to enrollment, and reporting on their effectiveness.
