As a Client Solutions Architect Director, you'll be a technical expert for a set of products, well-versed in the sales cycle and designing solutions for complex client problems. You'll leverage your advanced technical capabilities to innovate on product solutions, design, and modifications, while creating new ways for teams to successfully consult with clients.
The role involves supporting deal teams during pre-sales stages, providing client advisory services, and offering expertise in global payments, open banking APIs, and transmission methods. You'll be responsible for understanding client use-cases and presenting scalable end-to-end solutions for payment acceptance, disbursements, and reconciliation strategies.
Working within the Commercial & Investment Bank division, you'll be part of a global leader across banking, markets, securities services and payments. The position requires extensive experience in treasury management systems, enterprise resource planning, and emerging Fintech platforms, along with deep knowledge of payments products and digital channels.
