This role involves overseeing corporate EHS governance for third-party facility service providers and internal stakeholders across global commercial, data center, and retail portfolios.
The position requires providing leadership and strategic management of the company's environmental management system and EHS risk tolerance. You'll be responsible for implementing and monitoring healthy building initiatives while offering technical regulatory guidance to site staff and senior management on EHS policies, regulatory developments, and risk management.
As an EHS Program Manager, you'll develop and maintain corporate EHS policies, ensure regulatory compliance, lead third-party service providers, and implement strategic initiatives for continuous improvement. The role involves monitoring regulations, providing technical guidance, preparing regulatory reports, and developing KPIs for EHS performance.
The ideal candidate brings 6+ years of EHS management experience in a global context, strong leadership abilities, and in-depth knowledge of EHS regulations. You should have proven experience in implementing EHS programs, conducting audits, and developing policies. A Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or related field is required.
